Washington: The United States has issued an urgent appeal to its citizens to assist in the search for a missing F-35 stealth fighter jet valued at $80 million, which has unaccounted for for over a day.
According to reports from the World News Agency, the incident took place in South Carolina, where the pilot has forced to eject to save his life, leading to the aircraft crashing after flying a considerable distance. Following the disappearance of the aircraft, an extensive search operation has launched, but as of now, there has no sign of its whereabouts.
Stealth fighter jet renowned for their ability to evade radar detection, making it challenging to locate them when they go missing. Consequently, no debris or traces of the aircraft have discovered thus far. In light of this, the U.S. Department of Defense has urgently appealed to the public, requesting them to immediately report any information or sightings related to the missing F-35 stealth aircraft.
