Rain Suspends Asia Cup Super Four Match Between Pakistan and India

The Asia Cup ODI Super Four match between Pakistan and India has suspended today due to rain. India had scored 147 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 24.1 overs before the match had to stopped due to inclement weather.

The match has now scheduled to played on the reserve day tomorrow, with the match set to begin at 2:30 PM Pakistan time. In the game held in Colombo, Pakistan won the toss and chose to field against India. However, due to the rain interruption, the match couldn’t completed as scheduled.

During the match, Indian captain Rohit Sharma scored 56 runs, while Shubman Gill contributed 58 runs to India’s total. The match will resume tomorrow with Virat Kohli and KL Rahul at the crease for India.

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) had previously announced Monday as a reserve day to account for such situations, allowing the match to continue from where it has stopped in case of rain.
