In a startling turn of events, the well-known TikTok sensation, Hareem Shah’s, and her husband find themselves embroiled in a perplexing situation. The sequence of events is as follows:
Hareem Shah’s revealed that her spouse mysteriously “disappeared” after his arrival in Karachi from London just last week. This sudden vanishing act has left many questions unanswered.
Hareem Shah’s Accusations
Expressing her concern, Hareem Shah made a video statement to a media outlet, accusing her husband of being “kidnapped for unknown reasons.” Her allegations have added an element of intrigue to the case.
Bilal’s Family’s Perspective
On the other side of the story, Bilal’s family offered a different perspective. They claimed that Bilal was being interrogated in connection with Hareem’s social media posts. This divergence in viewpoints has further complicated the situation.
A source close to the matter revealed an unexpected twist. According to Bilal’s statements to investigators, it was disclosed that Hareem Shah wasn’t directly managing her Twitter account. Instead, someone else was operating it with her consent. This revelation adds an intriguing layer to the unfolding narrative.
It’s worth noting that Hareem Shah’s and Bilal had traveled to London a couple of months ago, primarily due to a legal dispute involving fellow TikToker Sundal Khattak. Bilal, however, returned to Karachi eight days ago and reportedly went missing two days after his arrival. Hareem Shah expressed her distress at this sudden turn of events.
Legal Action and Concerns
In response to Bilal’s disappearance, a petition has filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC) alleging “illegal detention” by law enforcement agencies. The petitioner, Shahzadi Begum, asserted that her son, Syed Bilal, had apprehended by law enforcement personnel in the Korangi area, and his whereabouts were unknown. She contended that Bilal’s wife, a social media activist, believes his arrest has linked to his political views expressed on social media. Shahzadi Begum implored the court to compel the police and other law enforcement agencies to produce Bilal and provide information regarding any filed cases against him.
Further complicating matters, an FIR (First Information Report) has registered at the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) police station concerning the alleged “kidnapping” of Bilal Shah. The FIR, numbered 533/23, has filed at the request of Shahzadi Begum. She detailed in her complaint that her son has taken from street no. 6 in Qayyumabad on August 27, and the individuals responsible for the “kidnapping” also confiscated his car.
The case remains shrouded in mystery, with multiple perspectives and legal actions adding layers of complexity to the situation.
